What does the Practice Reporting Maturity Scorecard measure?
The scorecard assesses how consistently your firm can access, understand and act on its operational and financial information.
It considers whether partners and managers have timely visibility across the full reporting chain: capacity, productivity, work in progress, billing, recoverability, debtors and collected cash.
Your result considers four areas:
